Every employee at Reynolds Construction has a responsibility to uphold a safe and healthy work environment, adhere to established safety rules, laws, and policies, and uphold safety as a business value.

As with communication and quality, we think safety is an essential component of the building process. A Corporate Safety Manager and several supporting personnel make up our Safety Department, and they are in charge of regularly visiting our job sites. The Safety Department has created and put into place policies and processes aimed at raising the level of safety consciousness among everyone involved in our building projects. Continuous education and certifications give workers knowledge, responsibility, and a means of protection. We think that every mishap can be avoided and that, with the right preparation, instruction, employee involvement, and vigilant watchfulness, we can make sure that everyone departs the jobsite in the same condition that they arrived in.
